50 | g baby rocket |
1 | avocado, sliced |
250 | g grape tomatoes, halved |
1⁄4 | cup balsamic vinegar |
1⁄4 | cup olive oil |

Instructions

1. | Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). |
2. | Place the cream cheese on a lined baking tray. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, grated lemon rind, and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned. |
3. | Allow the baked cream cheese to cool slightly. |
4. | Cut each piece of Turkish bread diagonally into 3 slices. Spray the bread with olive oil and chargrill (or grill/broil) until golden. |
