1 12 lbs round steaks
12 teaspoon seasoning salt
8 small potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 pieces each
1 12 cups baby carrots
1 cup sliced onion
1 (14 ½ ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 teaspoon oregano
12 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy

Instructions
