Baking Instructions
- Prepare the bread machine by combining ingredients as recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Use the dough setting.
- Once the cycle is complete, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Stretch the dough into a log and use a sharp knife to cut it into 12 equal pieces.
- Grease a 9x13x2 baking pan and place the dough pieces inside. Allow the dough to rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Brush the risen dough with milk and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, cover the rolls with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
- Note: Some bakers have successfully used a lined Pyrex dish instead of greasing it, adapting the baking process accordingly.
