4 12 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
12 active dry yeast
12 cup warm water
12 cup warm milk
14 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey
3 large eggs, divided

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine 4 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and active dry yeast.
2. Add warm water, warm milk, softened butter, honey, and 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly until a soft dough forms, adding more flour if needed.
3. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and stretchy.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl (preferably the one used for mixing). Cover and allow it to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 1 hour.
5. Grease a baking sheet. Punch down the dough, shape it into a ball, and place it on the baking sheet. Cover and let it rise until doubled in size, about 30-40 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat one of the remaining eggs in a small bowl until smooth.
7. Uncover the dough ball and brush it with the beaten egg. Bake the bread until it turns golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
