Instructions

For the Horseradish Sauce

1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped fresh basil, prepared horseradish, soy sauce, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
2. For the Salmon: Place the king salmon fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, prepared horseradish, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Brush the mixture onto the fillets, cover, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake the marinated salmon fillets for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve hot with the prepared Horseradish Sauce on the side.
