1 | 14 ounce can sauerkraut |
6-8 | ounces lean corned beef |
1 | cup ½ cup Thousand Island dressing |
8 | slices 8 slices provolone cheese |
Instructions

For the Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange a layer of frozen Mrs. T's Potato & Cheese Pierogies at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the pierogies layer.
- Layer the lean corned beef over the sauerkraut.
- Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the corned beef layer.
- Top the casserole with slices of provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
