1 17 ounce package of Mrs. T's Potato & Cheese Pierogies
1 14 ounce can sauerkraut
6-8 ounces lean corned beef
1 cup ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
8 slices 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

For the Casserole

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Arrange a layer of frozen Mrs. T's Potato & Cheese Pierogies at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan.
3. Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the pierogies layer.
4. Layer the lean corned beef over the sauerkraut.
