Lebanese Fava Bean Pilaf
A delightful Lebanese-style pilaf dish featuring fresh fava beans, ground chicken, and aromatic spices.
Ingredients

1 | cup fresh fava beans, blanched and peeled |

Instructions
1. | Begin by creating a paste of garlic and salt by mashing them together on a cutting board. Mix the paste with fresh lemon juice in a small bowl and set it aside. |
