1 | teaspoon Salt (or to taste) |
1 | teaspoon Sesame seed (for garnish) |
Instructions

- Begin by whisking the egg in a small bowl until well scrambled. Set aside.
- Heat two tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat, ensuring it is hot but not smoking.
- Add the grated carrot and green onion to the pan, creating space to pour the scrambled egg in a thin layer. Use a fork to gently separate the egg into small pieces as it cooks.
- Stir in the maple syrup, followed by the sage and garlic. Continuously stir to prevent the garlic from burning.
- Fold in the cooked brown rice and the roasted turkey. Season with salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
