A delicious and flavorful Mexican-style dish made with ground beef, salsa, and vegetables, topped with cheese and fresh tomatoes.

1 | cup salsa |
1⁄2 | cup water |
1 | green pepper, chopped |
1 | bunch green onion, chopped |
1 | ((8 ounce)) package wide egg noodles |
1⁄2 | cup sour cream |
1⁄2 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | tomatoes, chopped |
| 1. | In a large non-stick skillet, cook and stir the ground beef until browned. |
