Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 cup salsa
12 cup water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
12 cup sour cream
12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

1. In a large non-stick skillet, cook and stir the ground beef until browned.
2. Remove excess fat from the skillet.
3. Add salsa and water, then simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
5. Stir in the chopped green pepper and green onions, and continue simmering until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
6. Add the cooked noodles and sour cream, mixing well.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, cover the pan, and let the cheese melt.
8. Top with chopped tomatoes before serving.
