Mustard-Glazed Pork Roast

A delicious and flavorful pork roast coated with a tangy mustard glaze.

Ingredients

pound pork loin roast

teaspoon light brown sugar, packed

Dijon style mustard
2
teaspoon water

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Season the pork roast with salt and pepper.
3. Place the seasoned roast on a rack in a roasting pan with the fat side up. Roast in the oven for about 2 hours.
4. In a bowl, mix the light brown sugar, Dijon-style mustard, and water to create a glaze. Brush about half of the glaze onto the pork roast and return it to the oven for 15 minutes.
5. Brush the remaining glaze onto the pork roast and continue roasting for another 15 minutes.
6. Transfer the cooked pork roast to a serving platter.
