Mustard-Glazed Pork Roast

A delicious and flavorful pork roast coated with a tangy mustard glaze.

2 | lb pork loin roast |

1 | salt |
¼ | ground pepper |
1 | tsp light brown sugar, packed |
2 | Dijon style mustard |
2 | tsp water |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. |

2. | Season the pork roast with salt and pepper. |
3. | Place the seasoned roast on a rack in a roasting pan with the fat side up. Roast in the oven for about 2 hours. |
4. | In a bowl, mix the light brown sugar, Dijon-style mustard, and water to create a glaze. Brush about half of the glaze onto the pork roast and return it to the oven for 15 minutes. |
5. | Brush the remaining glaze onto the pork roast and continue roasting for another 15 minutes. |
6. | Transfer the cooked pork roast to a serving platter. |
