Instructions
1. | Begin by delicately toasting the coriander and cumin seeds in a small skillet over medium heat until the aroma is released, approximately 2 minutes. Once toasted, transfer the spices to a spice grinder or mortar and pestle, allowing them to cool thoroughly before grinding. |

Proceed by transferring the nuts to a cutting board and finely chop them. Next, toast the unsweetened shredded coconut in the skillet, stirring continuously until it reaches a golden hue, which should take about 2 minutes.
