1 | kg chipolata sausages |
2 | cans chopped tomatoes |
1 | can lima beans or cannellini beans |
2 | tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 | teaspoon sage |
1 | teaspoon basil |

| 1. | Begin by slicing the leek and coarsely chopping the potatoes. |

| 2. | In a deep saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over low heat. Sauté the leek for approximately 5 minutes until softened. |
| 3. | Add the chipolata sausages to the saucepan and cook until they are browned. |
