Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
12 large flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 can canned corn niblets
cheddar cheese or colby-monterey jack cheese
2 cans cans red enchilada sauce

green onion (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (175°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
