1 boneless beef rump roast (about 5 lbs)
1 canned beef broth (10 ¾ oz)
1 package of Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix (5/8 oz)
1 package of au jus mix (1 ¼ oz)

Instructions

  • For slow-cooking the roast

    1. Place the beef rump roast in the slow cooker.
    2. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, Italian salad dressing mix, and au jus mix.
    3. Pour the mixture over the roast in the slow cooker.
