4 boneless pork chops
1 (20 ounce) (20 ounce) pineapple chunks in juice
1 sweet onion, chopped into large pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons cider vinegar

¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  • For the pork chops
