Instructions
1. | In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook the hot Italian turkey sausage, ground sirloin, onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper, and green bell pepper. Break up the sausage with a wooden spoon until both meats are no longer pink. |

2. | Add ground clove, allspice, cinnamon, chili powder, oregano, brown sugar, cumin, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the meats evenly. |
3. | Stir in red wine, Italian plum tomatoes (crushed with fingers), Rotel, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer partially covered for one hour. Stir occasionally. |
4. | Serve hot and top with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped onion to taste. |
