A flavorful and hearty skillet dinner combining ground beef, spinach, and tomatoes, finished with a sprinkle of parmesan, salt, and pepper.

1 | small onion, chopped |
1 | (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 | (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and excess liquid squeezed out |
2 | cups cooked macaroni |
parmesan cheese, shredded | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions

- In a pan, brown the ground beef and chopped onion until cooked through.
- Remove excess fat from the pan.
- Add the undrained diced tomatoes, defrosted and squeezed spinach, and cooked macaroni. Stir until heated through.
- Finish the dish by sprinkling with shredded parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste.
