Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and excess liquid squeezed out
2 cups cooked macaroni
parmesan cheese, shredded
salt and pepper

Instructions

1. In a pan, brown the ground beef and chopped onion until cooked through.
2. Remove excess fat from the pan.
3. Add the undrained diced tomatoes, defrosted and squeezed spinach, and cooked macaroni. Stir until heated through.
4. Finish the dish by sprinkling with shredded parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste.
