1 | ((14 ounce)) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 | ((10 ounce)) box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and excess liquid squeezed out |
2 | cups cooked macaroni |

1. | In a pan, brown the ground beef and chopped onion until cooked through. |
