Instructions

For the Tilapia

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare a 13x9 inch baking pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
3. Arrange the tilapia fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
4. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
5. Spread the sour cream mixture over the tilapia fillets.
6. Sprinkle the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs over the top of the fillets.
7. Lightly spray the breadcrumbs with butter-flavored cooking spray.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
