1 | 1 garlic pod |

3 | Whole Red dry chilies |
1 | tablespoon Coriander powder |
Instructions
Preparing the Pork | |

1. | Grind the pepper with garlic and a splash of vinegar to create a masala paste. Marinate the pork in the masala paste, along with the remaining vinegar and salt, for a minimum of one hour. |
2. | Heat oil in a pan, then add chopped onions, whole chilies, and coriander powder. Sauté for 2 minutes. |
3. | Add the marinated pork and cook for a few minutes before adding half a cup of hot water. Cover and simmer over low heat until the pork is tender. |
4. | Serve the succulent pork roast with slices of boiled beetroots. |
