Vegetable Rigatoni Delight

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 | ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Instructions
1. | In a 11" x 7" baking dish, combine the sliced red onions, colorful peppers, and sliced zucchini with 2 tablespoons of water. |

3. | Add the cooked rigatoni and the sliced mushrooms to the vegetables. |

5. | Sprinkle the dish with the chicken bouillon and paprika. |
