Ingredients

100 grams good quality dark chocolate, melted
125 grams pure nut butter (homemade walnut butter)
2 large eggs
50 grams brown sugar
30 grams maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
75 grams almond flour
75 grams flour (you can choose a gluten free flour)
30 grams cocoa powder
12 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare a double-boiler to melt the dark chocolate.
2. Incorporate the nut butter into the melted chocolate.
3. Once the chocolate/nut butter mixture has cooled slightly, whisk in the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the almond meal, flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Add this mix to the chocolate blend and stir until well-combined.
5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 8x8" baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F. For a soft and fudgy texture, bake for approximately 15 minutes until the edges start to look cooked.
