2 pounds russet potatoes
14 teaspoon smoked paprika
14 teaspoon chile powder
14 teaspoon garlic granules
18 teaspoon ground white pepper
12 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

Instructions

  • For Preparing and Cooking Potato Fries

    1. Peel the russet potatoes and slice them into 3/8-inch pieces. Soak the slices in water for 15 minutes to remove excess starch. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
    2. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, chile powder, garlic granules, ground white pepper, and salt. Set aside.
    3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
    4. Place the potato slices in a bowl, add grapeseed oil, and mix thoroughly. Transfer the coated potatoes to the air fryer basket.
    5. Air-fry the potatoes for 10 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally. Increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and continue air-frying until they turn golden brown, about 12 to 15 additional minutes.
    6. Transfer the fries to a bowl, sprinkle with the prepared seasoning mix, and toss the bowl to ensure even coating. Adjust salt to taste if needed. Serve hot and enjoy.
