1. | Peel the russet potatoes and slice them into 3/8-inch pieces. Soak the slices in water for 15 minutes to remove excess starch. Pat dry with a kitchen towel. |

3. | Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes. |
