Apple Berry Oat Crumble Pie

Ingredients
1 1⁄2 | Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked) |

1 | cup all-purpose flour |
1⁄2 | cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1⁄2 | teaspoon baking soda |
10 | tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
1 | (21 ounce) can apple pie filling |
3⁄4 | cup dried cranberries |
1 1⁄2 | teaspoons lemon juice |
1⁄2 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and lightly coat an 8- or 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. |

2. | In a medium bowl, combine Quaker® Oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and baking soda. Stir in melted butter until well mixed. |
3. | Reserved 3/4 cup of the oat mixture for the topping. |
4. | Press the remaining oat mixture firmly onto the bottom and sides of the pie plate. |
5. | Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Cool slightly on a wire rack. |
6. | In the same bowl, mix together the apple pie filling, dried cranberries, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. |
7. | Spread the filling evenly over the hot crust. Sprinkle the reserved oat topping over the filling. |
8. | Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. |
9. | Serve the pie warm or at room temperature. |
