1 egg
1 cup flour
12 cup chopped walnuts

3 apples, peeled and grated

12 cup brown sugar
12 cup white sugar
12 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Prepare an 8-inch square cake pan by greasing it with non-stick cooking spray or butter, then set it aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the room temperature butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg until well combined.
4. Stir in the flour, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Gently fold in the peeled and grated apples.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cake is fully baked; a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
