Baby Plum and Apricot Cake

A delightful cake made with baby plums, baby apricots, and pecans, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

1	cup oil
2	sugar
3	eggs
1	baby plums
1	baby apricots
2	flour
1	teaspoon baking soda
1	teaspoon nutmeg
1	teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄4	teaspoon salt
1	cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

• 1. Combine oil, sugar, eggs, baby plums, and baby apricots in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Fold in flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
  3. Gently stir in chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and sugared bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
