A delightful baked Parmesan chicken dish that is simple to prepare yet rich in flavor.
1⁄2 | cup grated Parmesan cheese |

1⁄4 | cup dry bread crumbs |
1 | teaspoon dried oregano |
1 | teaspoon dried parsley |
1⁄4 | teaspoon paprika |
1⁄4 | teaspoon salt |
1⁄4 | teaspoon ground black pepper |
3 | tablespoons margarine, melted |
6 | skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
1. | Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. |

2. | In a shallow bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, dried oregano, dried parsley, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper. |
3. | Dip the skinless, boneless chicken breast halves into the melted margarine, then coat them evenly with the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared pan. |
4. | Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken breasts are thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). |
