1 cup Concord Grape Juice
1/4 cup Lemon White Balsamic
2 Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Zest 1 Lemon

Instructions

    1. To begin preparing the sauce, ensure you have a heavy-bottomed pan. Combine the Concord Grape Juice and Lemon White Balsamic in the pan, and bring to a gentle boil while closely monitoring to achieve a slight reduction. Stir occasionally during boiling to prevent sticking and burning.
    2. Add the fresh or frozen blueberries to the pan and increase the heat. Allow the mixture to bubble and boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for approximately 10 minutes. The sauce should thicken slightly at this stage, emitting a delightful aroma.
    3. To complete the glaze, introduce the ghee or butter into the pan and continue to simmer. Gradually sprinkle in the grated Lemon zest and cinnamon. Turn off the heat and let the sauce rest for a brief moment. The final product should be a glossy glaze-like sauce. Indulge in the flavors!
