Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). |

2. | Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes, approximately 1cm in size. |
3. | In a small saucepan, melt the butter. |
4. | Pour the melted butter over the sweet potato cubes in a mixing bowl. |
5. | Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until they soften. |
