Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare a 9 x 9 casserole dish by coating it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Drain the juice from the can of pineapple into a bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, egg, flour, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook and stir the mixture until it thickens.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until slightly melted.
