1 (3 pound) whole chicken
8 ounces dry bread stuffing mix
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 ΒΌ cups chicken broth (from boiling the chicken)
1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    2. Begin by layering the tender deboned chicken meat in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the savory stuffing mix evenly over the chicken layer.
    3. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the rich cream of chicken soup, velvety cream of celery soup, homemade chicken broth, and creamy evaporated milk. Mix thoroughly to create a luscious blend. Pour this delightful mixture over the stuffing mix, ensuring it seeps through to the bottom of the baking dish. Use a fork to gently poke the mixture and allow it to permeate the lower layer.
