Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C) and prepare a wire rack inside a broiler pan or baking pan. |

2. | Begin by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Gently lift the skin and season underneath with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Replace the skin and continue by seasoning the skin and underside of the thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. |
