Instructions

1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until creamy and slightly lightened.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
4. Whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate bowl.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix just until no dry flour remains.
6. Stir in the rolled oats and butterscotch chips until evenly distributed.
