Chicken Marsala Sauce
A classic and flavorful Marsala sauce perfect for pairing with chicken or pork dishes.
Ingredients
3 | tablespoons olive oil |

1 | small onion, diced |
3-4 | cloves garlic, chopped |
½ | lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
2 | tablespoons flour |
½ | cup marsala wine |
1 ½ | beef stock |

Instructions
1. | Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. |
