1 | small onion, diced |
3-4 | cloves garlic, chopped |
½ | lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
2 | tablespoons flour |
½ | cup marsala wine |
1 ½ | beef stock |

Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onions and chopped garlic; cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Incorporate the sliced fresh mushrooms into the saucepan and sauté until they are tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and cook for 1 minute, then deglaze the pan by adding the Marsala wine.
- Pour in the beef stock, stir to blend all ingredients together, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
