Classic Cheesecake with Fresh Berries

Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). |

2. | In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, white sugar, and confectioners sugar. Mix until smooth. Add sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Gradually add eggs one at a time. Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust. |
3. | Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the filling is set. Allow to cool for 20 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). |
4. | In a small bowl, mix sour cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread this mixture over the cheesecake and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cool the cheesecake completely, then refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. |
5. | Arrange the halved fresh strawberries and blueberries on top of the chilled cheesecake. Drizzle strawberry glaze over the berries. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. |
