Classic Ravioli Lasagna

A delicious and simple twist on traditional lasagna, using cheese ravioli for a quicker weeknight meal.

1 | (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce with mushrooms |

2 | (13 ounce) bags square cheese ravioli, thawed |
1 ½ | cups shredded Italian cheese blend |
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9-inch square baking dish and a sheet of foil with non-stick spray.
- Place the pasta sauce in a bowl and stir in 1/2 cup of water.
- Spread 1 cup of the sauce in the prepared dish.
- Arrange 20 ravioli in the dish, with the flat sides up and just touching each other.
- Spread 3/4 cup of sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers once.
- Top with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheese, creating a total of 3 layers.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil, making sure the sprayed side is down or use Release foil.
- Place the dish on a foil-lined baking sheet to catch any drips and bake for 1 hour, or until the edges are bubbly.
- Uncover the dish and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is barely golden.
- To Freeze: Transfer the lasagna to a rigid container and freeze.
- To Reheat: Microwave on medium power until heated through. Note that additional sauce may be needed when reheating.
