Classic Ravioli Lasagna
A delicious and simple twist on traditional lasagna, using cheese ravioli for a quicker weeknight meal.
Ingredients
1 | (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce with mushrooms |

2 | (13 ounce) bags square cheese ravioli, thawed |
1 ½ | cups shredded Italian cheese blend |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. |

2. | Grease a 9-inch square baking dish and a sheet of foil with non-stick spray. |
3. | Place the pasta sauce in a bowl and stir in 1/2 cup of water. |
4. | Spread 1 cup of the sauce in the prepared dish. |
5. | Arrange 20 ravioli in the dish, with the flat sides up and just touching each other. |
6. | Spread 3/4 cup of sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. |
7. | Repeat the layers once. |
8. | Top with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheese, creating a total of 3 layers. |
9. | Cover the dish tightly with foil, making sure the sprayed side is down or use Release foil. |
10. | Place the dish on a foil-lined baking sheet to catch any drips and bake for 1 hour, or until the edges are bubbly. |
11. | Uncover the dish and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is barely golden. |
12. | To Freeze: Transfer the lasagna to a rigid container and freeze. |
13. | To Reheat: Microwave on medium power until heated through. Note that additional sauce may be needed when reheating. |
