- In a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker pot, combine all ingredients except the pork.
- Cut the pork into four pieces and add it to the sauce, ensuring it is well covered.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender.
- Transfer the pork to a large bowl or cutting board. Set the slow cooker to high and cover. Heat the sauce until boiling to thicken and reduce slightly.
