1 cup ketchup
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 boneless pork shoulder or pork picnic
12 sandwich buns

    1. In a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker pot, combine all ingredients except the pork.
    2. Cut the pork into four pieces and add it to the sauce, ensuring it is well covered.
    3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender.
    4. Transfer the pork to a large bowl or cutting board. Set the slow cooker to high and cover. Heat the sauce until boiling to thicken and reduce slightly.
    5. While the sauce is boiling, use two forks to shred the pork.
    6. Add the shredded pork back into the pot and cover it with the sauce.
