1 (4-5 lb) boneless pork shoulder
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
¾ cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 dash salt and pepper

Instructions

    1. Begin by combining all the aromatic spices to create a flavorful dry rub. Press this rub onto all surfaces of the pork roast.
    2. Next, grill the seasoned pork over low heat or roast it in an oven preheated to 225°C for two and a half to three hours, or until the internal temperature reaches about 170°F. Allow the pork to rest for ten minutes after removing it from the grill or oven.
    3. Using two forks, shred the cooked pork into tender pieces.
    4. Finally, incorporate a generous amount of the tangy vinegar sauce into the shredded pork.
