½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 pinch cayenne
1 pinch salt
½ cup beer
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6-8 toast

Instructions

    1. In a skillet, combine all seasonings with Worcestershire sauce to create a smooth paste.
    2. Pour in the beer and heat over low heat until the beer is hot.
    3. Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
