((15 ounce)) can black beans, rinsed and drained

((15 ounce)) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained

((15 ounce)) can corn, rinsed and drained

((10 ounce)) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

cups Italian-style salad dressing

large tomato, seeded and diced
1
large red onion, diced

bell peppers, mini sweet peppers

medium green onions, chopped

cup chopped cilantro, or to taste

pinch garlic powder, or to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, black beans, black-eyed peas, corn, diced tomatoes, Italian-style dressing, tomatoes, red onions, sweet peppers, green onions, cilantro, and a pinch of garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
2. Refrigerate the salsa for 2 to 8 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. Stir well before serving.
