1 | ((15 ounce)) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained |
1 | ((15 ounce)) can corn, rinsed and drained |
1 | ((10 ounce)) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers |
1 1⁄2 | cups Italian-style salad dressing |
1 | large tomato, seeded and diced |
1 | large red onion, diced |
5 | bell peppers, mini sweet peppers |
5 | medium green onions, chopped |
1⁄4 | cup chopped cilantro, or to taste |
1 | pinch garlic powder, or to taste |
1. | In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, black beans, black-eyed peas, corn, diced tomatoes, Italian-style dressing, tomatoes, red onions, sweet peppers, green onions, cilantro, and a pinch of garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until well combined. |
