4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
4 teaspoons margarine, melted
7 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, divided
1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning
4 teaspoons cream cheese

Instructions

1. Begin by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C) and greasing a baking tray with butter flavored cooking spray.
2. Lay the tilapia fillets on the prepared tray, lightly coat them with cooking spray, then generously spoon melted margarine over each fillet. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over the fillets and season with 2 tablespoons of fresh dill and lemon pepper.
3. Bake the fish in the preheated oven until it turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork, usually around 15 minutes.
4. While the fish is baking, combine the remaining 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, the remaining 2 tablespoons of dill, and the cream cheese in a small bowl. Heat the mixture in a microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds, then stir until well blended.
5. To assemble, place the cooked fillets onto serving plates and elegantly spoon the creamy dill sauce around them.
