200 grams pre-boiled mussels, without shells
olive oil for frying
salt to taste
cilantro and lime for serving
2 shallots, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
12 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
1 tablespoon flour
12 cup cream
ground white pepper

Instructions

  • Preparation of the Dish

    1. Melt butter in a pan, and sauté thinly sliced shallots with a touch of salt and sugar for caramelization. Add flour and cook until it turns a golden brown hue.
