A delicious and versatile creamy tofu sauce that can be used as a dressing, dip, or marinade.

Ingredients

34 cup almond oil or safflower oil
34 cup water
14 cup Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce
18 cup nutritional yeast
14 teaspoon kelp powder
14 teaspoon spike seasoning (herb or vegetable salt substitute)
14 teaspoon basil
18 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 12 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
1 12 teaspoons tamari
1 lb firm tofu, rinsed well

Instructions

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the almond oil, water, Braggs liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, kelp powder, spike seasoning, basil, granulated garlic, lemon juice, and tamari. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the firm tofu and blend again until well combined. Serve the sauce warmed or cold.
