Preparation of Chicken Tenders | |

1. | Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C). |
2. | Grind pork rinds in a food processor until they resemble bread crumbs. Transfer to a shallow bowl. Combine flour and barbecue seasoning in another shallow dish. Beat the egg in a third shallow bowl. |
3. | Coat each chicken tender first with the flour mixture, then dip it in the beaten egg, and finish by coating it with the pork rind crumbs. |
4. | Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange half of the chicken tenders in the basket, ensuring they are not touching. Spray the top of each tender with cooking spray. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, approximately 15 minutes. Repeat with the remaining tenders. |
