A refreshing and elegant frozen treat perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

2 English cucumbers (peeling them is optional), coarsely chopped
juice of 2 limes
3 tablespoons vodka
cup honey
cup creme fraiche

Instructions

    1. In a high-speed blender, combine the coarsely chopped English cucumbers (peeling them is optional), lime juice, vodka, honey, and creme fraiche. Blend until smooth.
    2. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for churning. After approximately 30 minutes, the sorbet should have a delightful granita-like texture. For a firmer consistency, place it in the freezer overnight.
