2 | English cucumbers (peeling them is optional), coarsely chopped |

juice of 2 limes | |
3 | tablespoons vodka |
⅔ | cup honey |
⅓ | cup creme fraiche |
Instructions

- In a high-speed blender, combine the coarsely chopped English cucumbers (peeling them is optional), lime juice, vodka, honey, and creme fraiche. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for churning. After approximately 30 minutes, the sorbet should have a delightful granita-like texture. For a firmer consistency, place it in the freezer overnight.
