Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and continue baking for another 60 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and the center is mostly set. The cake will sink slightly once removed from the oven. Allow it to cool for at least an hour before turning it out onto a plate. |
