¾ cup oil
½ cup honey
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Creme de Cacao
1 tablespoon Kahlua
2 flour
½ cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon instant coffee
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon clove

For the Coffee Kahlua Cream Glaze

1 cup cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Kahlua

Instructions

  • For the cake

    1. Begin by combining all the wet ingredients in a bowl and beat for 4 minutes using an electric mixer.
    2. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and add them to the wet mixture. Mix thoroughly.
    3. Spread the batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
