Decadent Chocolate Delight Cake

Ingredients

2	tablespoons margarine
2	tablespoons cocoa powder
1	cup granulated sugar
1	cup self-raising flour
1	cup milk
2	eggs, beaten
1	teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

• 1. Prepare a 20cm tin by lining it with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa, self-raising flour, milk, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  4. Using electric mixers, beat the mixture for 3 minutes until well combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
