Decadent Cinnamon-Chocolate Molten Cake

Ingredients

1 | cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips |
3 | eggs |
1 | teaspoon vanilla extract (or ½ vanilla paste) |
1 | pinch salt |
3 | tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1 | teaspoon cinnamon |
1 | teaspoon baking powder |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the insides of the ramekins and lightly dust with flour; set aside. |

2. | Using a double boiler, melt the stick of butter and Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool. |
3. | Meanwhile, whisk the eggs until they're light, pale, and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and whisk until well combined. |
4. | In a separate small bowl, mix together a pinch of salt, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. |
5. | Gently pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then sift the flour mixture into the bowl. |
6. | Fold the mixture together delicately, then divide it evenly into the ramekins, filling them three-quarters full. |
7. | Bake for 10 to 11 minutes, and serve the cakes warm. For a firmer consistency, bake for an additional minute. |
