Decadent Double Chocolate Nut Muffins

1 | cup semisweet chocolate chips |
3⁄4 | cup chopped walnuts |
1⁄3 | cup whole almonds |
4 | tablespoons white sugar |
Instructions
1. | Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare the muffin tin by greasing the cups or lining them with paper muffin liners. |

2. | In a medium bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, combine milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. |
