1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon Baileys Irish Cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
14 teaspoon baking soda
14 cup butter
14 teaspoon salt
cooking spray for greasing the pan

Instructions

For Brownie Batter

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Lightly spoon the all-purpose flour into a dry measuring cup and level it off with a knife.
