For Brownie Batter
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly spoon the all-purpose flour into a dry measuring cup and level it off with a knife.
- In a small bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
